L’IDHES et le Worker Institute de l’Université de Cornell (USA) vous invitent à la journée d’étude “Les jeunes travailleurs et le mouvement syndical. Réflexions à partir des cas français, allemands, néerlandais, britanniques et étasuniens”.
Présentation
Cette journée sera composée de cinq panels, un pour chaque pays, qui seront introduits par une brève présentation avant de laisser la plus grande place aux discussions. Nous nous intéresserons aux groupes de jeunes salariés, à leurs actions et relations avec les syndicats, les institutions représentatives du personnel et les autres organisations de défense des travailleurs.
À noter : la journée d’étude sera en anglais.
Cette initiative intervient à la fin de la première année d’un projet de recherche de 3 ans, financé par la Fondation Hans Böckler et composé d’équipes de recherches issues des cinq pays.

Case studies from France, Germany, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States

Please join us for a full-day workshop presented by IDHES and the Worker Institute at Cornell. The workshop features five panels, one for each country – concise presentations with plenty of time for your feedback and discussion. The focus is on young worker groups, their vitality and relationships to unions, works councils and other organizations that advocate for workers.
Please note: this workshop will be conducted in English.
This is the end of the first year of a three-year research project, funded by the Hans Boeckler Foundation, with research teams in five countries.
